Key Responsibilities
- Partner with revenue cycle leadership to fulfill reporting and analytical requirements, delivering clear and impactful data to support organizational decision-making.
- Design and manage automated reporting systems utilizing advanced Excel functionalities, including macros, pivot tables, and intricate formulas such as Index/Match.
- Employ statistical analysis tools (e.g., XLSTAT, SOLVER) to execute comprehensive data analysis, uncovering trends and discrepancies.
- Enhance and refine processes to guarantee timely and precise data provision to key stakeholders.
- Offer continual support to team members and assist in resolving data-related inquiries.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in medical billing is essential.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong enthusiasm for data exploration and trend identification.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation techniques.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with robust organizational skills.
