Role Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Content Operations Specialist I to support our Content teams by managing systems, troubleshooting data issues, responding to customer queries, and helping produce reports and metrics that keep our content pipelines running smoothly. This role acts as a bridge between Content, Product, Information Systems, and Engineering to protect data integrity and support production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply systems expertise to diagnose and resolve content and system issues, and recommend improvements.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, supporting Customer Service with technical and operational questions.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with Content, Product, IS, and Engineering teams to keep workflows aligned.
- Monitor data integrity for book and content records across systems and reports.
- Create and maintain production and ad-hoc reports to track progress against goals.
- Support data projects and report/metric development, participating in implementation and testing.
- Help coordinate workflows with team leads to prioritise production and support tasks.
What You Should Bring:
- Measurable experience in technical or operations roles with an emphasis on workflow planning.
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise work in a production environment and partner effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, and AI technologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with customer-facing support and project management.
