Description:
Morley is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) to join our remote team in Michigan. In this role, you will coordinate the return of vehicles eligible for buyback between major auto manufacturers and their customers. You will manage cases efficiently, communicate with all parties involved, and ensure the return process is seamless and hassle-free. Prior experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or auto dealerships is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure case accuracy and assemble all necessary documentation.
- Manage communications between vehicle owners, dealerships, and lending institutions.
- Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the manufacturer.
- Provide timely, accurate solutions via phone calls, chats, emails, and other channels while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service experience (three or more years preferred) in call centers, retail, restaurants, hotels, or similar roles.
- Reliable schedule adherence: Monday to Friday, primary shift 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern; rotational shifts 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern, 2-4 times per month.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or automotive dealerships.
- College degree.
Remote Work Requirements:
- Must be a Michigan resident.
- High-speed internet access via Ethernet or landline.
