Description:
Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to manage and support the human resources functions across the resort. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance while ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, and leave management.
• Coordinate training programs, staff orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and hospitality industry standards.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee letters such as offer, transfer, and termination letters.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across all departments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the hospitality industry; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced hospitality environment.
