Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing HR operations across our hospitality environment, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and supporting the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, overtime, and leave management.
• Coordinate training programs, staff orientation, and performance evaluation processes.
• Address employee relations, handle grievances, and implement disciplinary measures according to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and hospitality industry standards.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee letters, including offers, transfers, and terminations.
• Provide daily HR support to managers and staff across all departments.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the hospitality industry; UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
