Responsibilities/Qualifications

Intrado is looking to hire a 911 Accuracy Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Duties

  • Responsible for performing wireline subscriber data maintenance by data entering information in accordance to established departmental procedures
  • Perform data updates for call routing ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Serve as the point of contact for account customers and end users through email, Help Desk tickets, or phone as necessary
  • Prepare and distribute a variety of reports as requested by supervisor
  • Manage workload independently while also establishing a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:

Education

    High school diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Minimum two years clerical, data entry or customer service experience required
  • Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

The starting salary is anticipated between $16-18.55 an hour to start and will be commensurate with experience.
