Hiring Transfer Pricing Manager

Analyse, challenge and review the Group’s (but mainly dnata’s) cost base and collaborating with the various group teams to ensure these costs are budgeted, forecast and reviewed correctly.

Maintain the allocation key methodology and back up schedules which allocate the groups corporate cost base to the relevant divisions and local businesses.  Managing the reconciliation of actual costs to original charges, managing the true-ups throughout the year and post year-end as necessary.

Communicate the allocations to the various Divisional Heads and respective Finance heads, providing the Divisions with a thorough understanding of the rationale behind the costs and the value within that business. Influence these business heads (e.g. CFOs) to understand the benefits of these costs and the tax gains associated with them.

Report these costs monthly and collaborate with functional costs leaders and other Finance teams to ensure forecasts and budgets are understood and challenged.

Implement the Group’s policies on intra-group cost recharges as per the agreements created through Project Iceland, including maintaining appropriate internal documentation to support the charges, invoicing, and managing any required trued-ups or adjustments throughout the year.    Review the groups intra-group cost methodology on an annual basis.

Develop and build upon the Groups Transfer Pricing strategy, working with other areas of Finance and external specialists ensure that the Group   remains compliant with the changing global regulations.

Manage the relationships with local CFO’s and communicate the rational behind the allocations  and ensure coordination between the Dubai based finance teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the charges.

Work with the VP Taxation and Head of Tax UK to support the implementation of other transfer pricing charges (trademark, guarantee fees), and monitor Group policies to ensure consistency with relevant tax laws and regulations (e.g., the arm’s length principle (ALP) and the Group’s policies and internal legal framework. Manage the preparation and maintenance of the Group’s Master file and local files in the respective jurisdictions.

Manage and take ownership of other transfer pricing / BEPS related projects and initiatives within the Group and be involved in the CbCr reporting and preparation / maintenance of the TP master file and related local files.
