Hiring for a Telecom Engineer for a great opportunity in Dubai on a long term contract.
Only applicants who are already in Dubai will be considered!!
Minimum of 10 years building, deploying and integrating complex Telecom IS REQUIRED!
The candidate should have very good hands on knowledge on telecom carrier related protocols (highlighted) regardless of the vendor. He will be stationed on site working on integrating a CPaaS product that we built internally with their core infrastructure through mainly ISDN, SIP and SMPP.
The only mention of hardware in the below is Dialogic / Sangoma which mainly provide boxes that sit in the middle between telecom carriers and other parties. In particular Sangoma’s box to be used on this project is to convert ISDN physical voice to VOIP so that it can enter our cloud based CPaaS system (for example). Thus the required knowledge on the protocols mentioned below:
Implement and Document ISDN/CAS/E1 PRI based Session Border Controller (Dialogic / Sangoma Preferred).
Implement and Document SMSC integration with Telecom MSC, HLR, VLR, HSS, MAP, TCAP, SCP.
