Looking for a Sous Chef (second in command)

A hands-on chef who has good knowledge on: –

  • Banquet operations
  • Plating coordinating with a strict recipe follows and set standards
  • Flexibility in menu tasting and presentations
  • South Indian and north Indian cuisine proficiency
  • Continental cuisine proficiency
  • Staff cafeteria cuisine and requirement proficiency
  • Skill to organize well and lead the minimal team to optimum productivity
  • Ordering, system handling and scheduling
  • Strict Hygiene, HACCP policy Knowledge and strict follower
  • Flexible and understanding business needs
