Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor Fit Out

Prepare work to be estimated
Identify labour, material, and time requirements
Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
Present prepared estimates
Maintain cost database, float enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
Analyze and compare quotations received
Attend progress meetings & provide updates to the Client costs as required;
Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Prepare Payment Application/progress payment claims
Technically oriented professional with at least a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Interior Fit out industry. Having experience in material handling, estimation and procurement will be an added advantage
With a positive attitude to go the extra mile with valid UAE driver’s license
