Senior QA QC Quality Engineer Vacancy in Dubai

Job Objectives: Assure that consistent production and installation activities are up to EIP Standard, maintain and improve the Quality Management System, and timely inform the Management, through control and assurance activities, the proper and effective reporting system by optimizing the available resources.

Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.

Effectively interact with different department teams to maintain proper and timely information flow.

Generate Non-Conformance reports where ever non-conformity is observed and follow the NCR until it is closed.

Ensure that tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated and that product nonconformities are investigated.

Bring together the staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate, and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.

Persuade reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.

Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods.

Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to QA/QC.

Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.

Liaise with customers, auditors, and ensuring the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customer’s satisfaction.

Maintain and monitor the QMS with proper Management reviews.

Administer internal audits, and being the point person for external audits, ensuring adherence to internationally recognized quality standards.

Report as necessary on changes in standards, and on performance against standards.

Manage departmental performance against agreed targets and within policies and standards.

Handle customer complaints with appropriate corrective actions to the extent of customer satisfaction.

Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a Quality Plan to bring the company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

Ensure that HSE policies and procedures are being followed and implemented.

Maintain the company’s interests and objectives when dealing with Clients and third parties.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Direct Line Manager.
