Opportunity for Senior Estimator – Building Construction – DUBAI.

A Regional Building Construction and Development group based from Dubai, working across a variety of sectors including, Residential, Retail, Mixed Use, Industrial and Hospitality.

The Senior Estimator’s role includes involvement in the preparation of the companies Estimating procedures and supervision of all amendments and revisions. Lead estimates for building/civil works in accordance with Company estimating systems and procedures. Working with other members of tender teams to develop customer solutions

The right candidate will have:

12+ year experience with a Tier 1 Constructor in the UAE.

Degree /HND Qualified Engineering or commercial background.

Experience in Buildings and Civil projects proven track record working on tenders ranging 50 to 300M AED. Numerate and IT literate, familiar with estimating software (CANDY) and Microsoft Office. Confidence in dealing with customers and personnel at a senior level.

Ability to ensure all tender submissions are both feasible and profitable.

Salary from 25-35K AED per month, plus healthcare and flights and the opportunity to reach Head of Department.
