We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and drive the performance of the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

  • 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 2-5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
  • 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
