Sales Supervisor Team Leader Vacancy

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications plus petrol allowance + incentives + post-paid sim

Job Role:

• Sales Supervisors are required to plan, organize, lead and control his sales team in order to achieve maximum sales and optimum distribution of the company’s products
• Implement and update the route and journey cycle plan cost effectively to achieve 100% coverage of all outlets
• Route rides and checks on the routes to monitor the salesman’s understanding and implementation of company’s policies and standards on sales & merchandising
• Monitor salesmen’s daily sales and shortages, rectify problem situations, ensure daily sales targets are achieved and approved shortage limits are not exceeded

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor/Team Leader
• Must have a driver’s license and car
• Experience as Senior Sales in drinking water (Gal. water or P.E.T/ Bottled water) company is preferred
• Experience in any other Beverage is okay or FMCG
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
