Description:
Hiring Sales Person with 6+ years UAE Experience (FIT OUT, HVAC, MEP & Civil work)
Create new sales (FIT OUT, HVAC, MEP & Civil work) and marketing strategies that target B2B customers
Receiving and handling inquiries by telephone calls and emails from customers
Organizing the site visits with clients based on the enquiries
BOQ preparation based on the requirement gathered, risks identified & scope of work.
Preparation of project proposals & quotations
Follow-ups, negotiations, and closing of sales
Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
Set and achieve sales goal
Achieve sales targets set by the company
Stakeholder management
Beginning of every month forward sales plan to BDM
Submit weekly reports to the BDM by the end of every week
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Must have 6+ years of Sales experience in the Fit-Out, Civil, MEP & HVAC Works
Must have a valid UAE driving license
