Sales Executive – Real Estate

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Develop and expand network in order to bring in projects.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsible for developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned

Manage, promote, and advertise the company’s brand Image

Proven working experience as a business development manager / executive, sales executive only in real estate.

A proven track record of success as a sales professional.

Strong presentation skills, together with a presence that can command an audience.

A level headed person, who can operate effectively under pressure and

Proficiency in English Language.

Communication and negotiation skills
