Description:
A well-established retail delivery consultant with established projects across the UAE, consisting of are seeking a Retail Delivery Manager to work on a Retail Mall in the Ajman UAE.
Summary Job description to include the following duties:
Manage the retail design and delivery process between the Landlord’s tenants and contractors
Direct and monitor issues related to the tenant’s design and fit-out to ensure that they are in compliance with Landlord and Retail Delivery Consultants requirements & policies.
Evaluation and approval of the tenant submissions and drawings.
Manage the Tenant fit-out co-ordination process, working as a part of the Consultants on-site construction supervision team, interacting with Landlord leasing team, project base build contractor, Tenants, their designers & fit out contractors, and statutory authorities in Ajman with a view to complete tenant fit out works on schedule and in accordance with approved design.
Implement established Tenant Design and Fit-out Criteria and procedures, including Tenant logistics, TVR’s, review & approval of work permits, conducting kick off, design review, and fit out progress meetings.
