Description:
Define the medical & training strategy for La Roche-Posay at a regional level.
Responsible of the development or adaption of medical & training content to be provided to countries develop & implement regional medical relations activities
Monitors the implementation of medical & training activities in every country, in order to contribute to brand growth and business objectives. Insure excellence in implementation and respect of deadlines.
Manage medical & training budget and ROI for each activities, monitor and improve processes to better collaborate with countries.
Draw an overall or individualized training plan that addresses needs and expectations of GCC countries develop training kits to support marketing, medical & sales collaborators
Identify and assess future and current training needs, deploy a wide variety of training methods
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them, manage training budget
Define the medical plan for GCC, develop all communication materials to be used by medical field force, execute regional medical relation activities such as congresses and medical standalones
Monitors implementation of local medical activities, collaborate with dermatologist experts on content development, support content development of advisory boards.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, manage medical budget & ROI
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with doctor’s confident and dynamic individual who will fit in well in a vibrant team, strong networking skills
