Must be certified in HACCP level 3/Food Safety level 4 training/PIC level 3

Good knowledge in ISO 22000 (Food management system, internal audit, documentation, & training)

Knowledge in Food watch System

Experience in conducting supplier’s audit

Approved Food Safety Trainer from Dubai Municipality, is an added advantage

Excellent communication/interpersonal and MS Office skills

Must have a valid UAE driving license and car
