Hiring for Recruiter/ Sourcing Specialist (Entry Level/Junior Level) for a consultancy based in Business Bay, Dubai:
Sourcing, calling and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other mediums
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications, shortlisting and conducting screening interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Qualifications:
Female/ Male, Can Join Immediately
1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition/ Resource Specialist in executive search/ bulk hiring/ campus recruitment
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone / face to face/ skype or online interview, reference check etc.)
Proficient in MS Office and various job portals
Good communication skills in English
