Location: Al Mamzar, Dubai, UAE

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Performs clerical works such as photocopying, scanning & filing
• Keeps a safe & clean reception/office area.
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Must be knowledgeable with booking ticket.
• Must be confident on writing email and letters
• Able to work under pressure.
• Preferably Filipina
