Description:

Looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional to handle sales transactions from contract signing through to completion in Dubai Land Department.

Duties:

• Draft resale contracts as per requirements
• Manage a pipeline of property sales transactions from contract signing to completion
• Work closely with developers, banks, trustee offices and mortgage advisors
• Maintain regular client contact
• General office administration

The ideal Candidate for the role

• Previous sales progression experience preferable
• At least 6-12 months Real Estate experience with understanding resale market
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Confident and hard working
• Own car + driving license is advantage
