Description:
Project Manager required with above 10 years’ Experience to work in DUBAI
EXPO2020, below requirements:
Languages: English (Fluent), Spanish (Fluent)
Managing and leading the project team.
Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
Recording and managing project issues.
Resolving cross functional issues at project level.
Monitoring project progress and performance.
Managing use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
Liaises with and updates progress to Project Director.
Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
Manage Subcontract, Cost, and Schedule & Quality.
Coordinating between MEP and Civil Works at the site.
Review the shop drawings, construction details, material samples, inspection plans, methods statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
Reviewing submittals prior to submission to the Consultant.
Ensure that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed with MEP activities.
Ensure a harmonious working relationship between the Contractor and the Consultants.
Review the weekly reports, work plans and daily reports.
Revise and Approve Payment Applications from Subcontractor.
