Project Desk Expeditor (Project Employment)
Essential Profile:
Mechanical or Electrical engineer
Minimum 8 years work experience, 4 years as Project Desk Expeditor
Minimum 5 Year UAE experience
With working knowledge of following packages: Valves, Pipes, Compressors, Transforms, and Cables
Location: Dubai
Duration: 6-8 months (can be renewable, depending on client’s requirement)
Start Date: ASAP.
Following-up with vendors from Purchase Order placement up to delivery at site
Ensuring raw material purchasing/fabrication/all required steps up to delivery is as per agreed schedule with vendor by ensuring receipt of agreed /quality documentation/reporting/any other documents agreed upon with vendors
Maintaining/updating Expediting Reports/Criticality Tools/any other forms/worksheets/reports
Report to Procurement Manager and Project Manager and escalate any issue.
Perform general co-ordination between vendor and project team and client
