Production In-charge (Masterbatch field only)

Department: Production

Reports to: Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or graduate in Plastic related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the Masterbatch field
• Hands on experience to operate twin screw extruders, Automatic feeding system, and all kind of pelletizing systems.
• In depth processing knowledge of different resins, pigments and additives.
• Proficient with computer.
• Able to work in pressurize situations and can manage and handle no of employees in shift.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance of all processing equipment’s.
