Hiring Organizational Change Manager and Consultant.

About the role:

OptiBuy is a Consulting and Technology Company specialized in Procurement and Supply Chain. We operate in Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia.

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Manager (5+ years) and Consultant (2+ years) to join our office in Dubai and support the MEA region. The role is expected to be at the Client site and travel in the MEA region.

  • Procurement/ Supply Chain experience is preferred.
  • Consulting industry experience is required.
  • MEA region experience is preferred.
  • Preferred Client industries experience: Telcos, Pharmaceutical, and Oil & Gas.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and apply a change management methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Use change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required during transformation projects.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communication.
  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and measure performance of the organization.
  • Assess the change impact, adoption, and proficiency of impacted stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Manager 5+ years of experience.
  2. Consultant 2+ years of experience.
  3. Master’s degree desired.
  4. Change management-related certifications desired.
  5. Solid understanding of the impact of transformation changes in organizations and people.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  7. Exceptional active listening skills and communication skills.
  8. Experience to manage C-level stakeholders and work effectively at all levels in a Client organization.
  9. Demonstrate ability to create a communication plan and create content for different stakeholders.
  10. Ability to create and manage strong relationships.
  11. Demonstrate ability to create storylines, design content, and produce professional consulting documents.
  12. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  13. Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  14. Experience with Operating models, Processes, and/or Technology transformation.
  15. Proactive, driven, and resilient personality.
  16. Ability to work/ lead a team and work collaboratively with others.
  17. Entrepreneur spirit is desired.
