Operations Supervisor Required for an Oil Lubricant Company
Manage day-to-day operations of the company, establish professional communications with existing customers
Able to convince prospects to become regular customers of the company, identify opportunities to find/get more customers
Able to make quotations for customers and discuss with the owners, review and optimize the schedule of the staffs
Manage a team of 20-25 staffs, previous experience in a similar role in UAE is preferred, very good English is a must (written, spoken)
Energetic and self-starter, pro-active and able to work under limited guidance, outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Takes pride in the work and is eager to exceed expectations
