Description:

Operations Assistant

• Preparation of police permit, DDF passes and worksite permit application
• Facilitate company vehicle registration and testing
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing team and drivers for delivery and collection of materials
• Coordinate with Project team for local and international shipment details like consignee, delivery address contact person, packing list
• Prepare and draft Invoice, Packaging list, and submit to relevant approvals to ensure complete documents prior to shipment dispatch both Import and Export, local and international

Job Skills and Qualification:

• 2-3 years UAE experience handling logistic operations or shipment in the interior/ retail manufacturing industry
• Diploma or any certificate course related to Business Management
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Effective speaking and written communication skills
• Thorough working knowledge and understanding of the shipment laws & regulations, worksite, and permit application
