Network Security Systems Engineer
BARQ Systems – UAE, is hiring Network Security Systems Engineer with the below qualifications;
Have experience with the one or more of the below solutions:
Aruba and HPE (Mandatory); WIFI, ClearPass, Switching
TrendMicro; OfficeScan, Sandbox, TippingPoint, deep security
Fortinet; Fortigate
Forcepoint; NGFW, Web security, email security and DLP
Conduct demos/proof of concept setups to convince the customer with the product to make the customer issue the PO
Implement installation process
Responsible for providing support service (after sales service) for customers who has active contracts
Gain educational levels to enable trouble shoot skills in order to handle advanced scenarios.
Develop low level design & as built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customer.
Troubleshoot product deficiencies with vendor (Technical Assistance Center) through set of SLAs to resolve customer complain
Quality Assurance
Conduct technical/hands on training to customers
