Mechanical Engineering Job in UAE

A reputed company is looking to recruit for the position of mechanical engineer at an E-Waste Recycling startup in Sharjah.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of shop-floor experience. (Role will be heavily hands-on) – powerplant, production plant, marine engineer preferred
3. Ability to read machinery manuals, and schematics
4. Ability to converse in English and Hindi

Responsibilities:

1. Overlook machinery installation and operations

Machinery will include – compressor cutters, heavy-duty shredders, hydraulic balers, incinerators, scrubber towers among others.

2. Lead team of technical assistants in day to day maintenance and machinery operations.
3. Ensure minimum downtime of plant
4. Create Planned Maintenance Schedules and SOPs for plant
5. Liaise with OEM technicians
6. Create reports on machinery output and performance

Salary: AED 3500 per month (in-hand)
