Description:
Looking for Marketing Executive to be based in Dubai.
Events/Webinars – Execution from start to finish. Post event follow up calls to all attendees for lead generation/enquiries. Also calling all the registered people for the events for attendance confirmation.
Telemarketing – Ability to speak to all leads from the digital marketing campaigns to verify their requirements
Supplier coordination – Coordinating with all types of suppliers i.e. Hotels, giveaway suppliers, printing agencies etc.
Mailer Creation – Basic knowledge of any software tool to create EDMs.
Social Media – Knowledge of how to use social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
CRM and Database Management – basic knowledge of how to use any CRM tool
Marketing Admin – LPO creations, finance liaisons etc.
Skill set
- Comfortable speaking to various people over the phone, be it suppliers, partners, end users etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – very important
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Digital marketing experience is a plus
