Description:
The Mall Manager will be responsible for the management of Commercial projects in accordance with the contract requirements. The position is accountable for all day to day Mall Operations, Team Management, Retail Leasing Management and enhancing the value of the mall and to achieve best in class standards in customer service.
Develop Guidelines, Rules, and Regulations specific to the Mall management, ensure these are implemented and followed by all Stakeholders.
Conduct regular Mall inspections and address issues with the relevant stakeholders within agreed timeframes, develop and recommend improvement plans for the Mall, ensure any defects, snags, breaches in Mall are addressed and closed
Uphold Mall Cleanliness and Standard Maintenance ensure Malls are maintained to the required contractual, legal regulations and KAIZEN standards.
HSE Compliance, Manage all on-site project, manage team members, service providers management, tendering/reviewing, negotiating/renewing/closing project supplier agreements (SLA’s)
At least 3 years of experience in Mall Operations Management & Retail Leasing, stakeholder & supplier management (Contract Management of FM and other Suppliers)
Risk & Regulatory Management (HSE, Insurance Regulations, etc.), project revenue, financial management & management contracts
Administrative Reporting, Occupancy & Leasing Management
