• Submission and preparation of Log sheets of Operation & Maintenance Jobs
• Supervision of Site Related Jobs/ Emergency Repair
• Shut down Maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• Reporting & Sending Emails to Clients
• Preparing Site Survey Reports
• Client coordination and in-house technical support for execution
• Coordination & Management of O&M team for PPM, Safety related activities, routine activities
• Preparation of BOQ(Technical & financial)
• Vendor Management/ Delivery arrangement of O&M supplies regularly to site as per schedule
• Submission of invoices and follow ups with client
