Logistics and Transport Coordinator Vacancy in Dubai
Prepares daily schedule according to the details of the orders, spl instructions from WH, CS and other departments to maximize the use of the available fleet Provides the customer Service WH team with all the details regarding the dispatch of orders delivery details such as truck, driver, time of arrival etc, once the shipment has been picked from the warehouse Prepares the job file summary and checks for all relevant documents, chargeable (various departments) services and costs before forwarding to finance Coordinates shipment arrangements together with the dispatch team to ensure shipments are scheduled for pick up, loading, and departure to final destination and that they are on time Any delays and changes have to be escalated and proactively actioned Takes ownership of complaints and queries and proactively follows through to resolution Ensures that all customers queries are investigated and resolved Below Skills required
Work Experience in logistics, transportation sector knowledge of Port and Custom Processes Decent Communication skills for delivery coordination with customers
