Legal counsel job an ideal candidate must be highly organized, handle pressure well, and understand the importance of deadlines. They must also know how to relate to people in a variety of situations, be highly trustworthy, discreet, and use good judgment.
Primary responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Represent the companies/clients in all Government Authorities like Courts in UAE, Land Department, Notary Public, Rental Dispute Center, UAE Police stations, Department of Economics, etc.
Process all documentation and submit all necessary documents to land department, Dubai Economics Department
Attending Expert Meeting, Attending all hearing, Prepare legal Notice, MOA, Sales Purchase Agreements, Addendum, POA and Contracts
Preview contracts and Agreements, Liaise and advise Clients regarding the requirements, follow executions cases in courts, Register all types of cases, Open Complaints
UAE Driving license is a must
