Vacancies:

1. Maintenance Supervisor – AED 4,000 – 5,000 with accommodation
   Qualifications:
   Diploma in Technical and Minimum 5 Year experience maintenance company.
   OR Minimum 7 Years expense in any Maintenance or Facility management company.
   Must have UAE Driver’s License
   Experience: Knowledge in Electrical, Plumping and Civil maintenance.
   Knowledge in Computer, Emails, MS-Word and Excel,
   Previous expertise as Maintenance Supervisor.
   Preferably Filipino national
2. Senior Accountant – AED 8,000 all inclusive
   Qualifications:
   Real Estate experience is preferred
   Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software systems.
   Preferably Arabic speaking national
3. Housekeeping Attendant – AED 1,200 – 1,500 with accommodation
   Qualifications:
   Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
   Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
   Customer-oriented and friendly
   Preferably Filipino national
4. Project Engineer – AED 6,000 all inclusive
   Qualifications:
   Work Experience – Construction/Real Estate – Minimum of 6 -10 years
   Must have UAE Driver’s License
   Preferably Indian national
5. Watchman/Security – AED 1,500 with accommodation
   Qualifications:
   With minimum 3 year experience for the same position
   Any nationality
