Junior Accountant Accounts Assistant in Dubai
Register sales orders/invoices and purchase invoices.
AP and AR management and follow ups
Send notification of payments internally and externally.
Update cash flow forecast
Set up payments
Prepare remittance documentation and set up supplier payments on NBF for approval.
Monitor bank account for collections and notify project team when money is received from client.
Update agent commission statements monthly.
Process out of pocket expenses of employees monthly.
Assist Human Resources with medical insurance admin.
General team support on adhoc basis
Has worked in a similar role for a project construction company before (3 years’ experience)
Excellent initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow them to communicate effectively with all MRC departments and especially to our suppliers and customers.
With high self-confidence – a vocal person who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to a supplier or customer.
Excellent grasp of English writing and speaking.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
