We are currently looking for below positions.
Candidates must be based in Qatar with QID and NOC.
1. Facilities Audit Engineer
Minimum 7-10 years facilities management function, Chief Engr. or Facilities Engr., oversight and management experience in large scale facilities operation setup within portfolio of residential and commercial properties or in 5 star hotel o in a township.
Minimum 5 years audit experience on ISO 9001:2015
Minimum 3 years technical audit experience on the performance of hard and soft FM Services
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Professional Certification in Facilities Management from recognized bodies such as IFMA certified CFM or FMP
Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Auditor
2. Accountant
Bachelor’s Degree
Must be CPA/CA/ACCA or CMA
With at least 3-5 years of GCC experience.
3. Security Supervisor
Certified Certificate in Security training
Valid First Aid Certificate
Valid Basic firefighting certificate
English is a must (Written & spoken)
Computer literate
