We are looking to hire for a ITIL Service Analyst for a reputed company in the UAE for a 12 months contract

To provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring the quality standards for the organization’s products and services.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.

ITIL V3 Foundation certification.

One or More ITIL Intermediate Module Certificates

3 – 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management.
