We are a leading Software and hardware solution provider based in UAE looking for a dynamic IT Technical Support Executive

Installing and configuring Computer hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers and Scanners

Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests clients’ inquiries, Software Training and complaints.

Proven working experience of min 2 years in technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer

POS & ERP software knowledge and experience is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills & excellent communication skills

UAE driving license is mandatory
