IT Service Desk Engineers 12 no’s

With excellent English to join for a temporary project of 1 month.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to

Relevant work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

Should have hands-on experience on Office365, outlook configuration, MS office products, etc.

Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to provide step-by-step technical help.
