Description:
We are looking to hire an IT professional to be based in Dubai.
Able to manage all the IT activities across the group, CT systems, applications, infrastructure & service delivery at L1/L2/L3 level.
Will be accountable for the IT Department stakeholder’s services which encompasses both project delivery and business as usual operations.
Has responsibility for automating and bringing efficiency in operation and application process, to work, collaborate and close IT compliance & Security Audits and Procurement.
Responsible for IT Infrastructure maintenance, business apps enhancements and creating process and SOP; s
Responsible to devise and update IT processes, procedures and policies and face ISO audits
Provide L3 support to the IT Business and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues on time alongside Telephony & other infra services.
Able to handle the inventory management of software licenses, hardware and other IT equipment
Manage & own bio-metric systems, PBAX end to end maintenance and implementation.
