Hiring Immigration Consultant Case Processing Officer

• We are an Immigration consultancy located in Sharjah, UAE. We are currently recruiting for Immigration Case Officers for Canadian immigration customers with minimum one year of experience, whose duties will be as follows:
• Advise consultants on the documentation requirement based on customer circumstances
• Guide customer in the process of acquiring relevant documentation to help in their immigration process.
• Ensure all communication is prompt and all customer queries are answered promptly.
• Knowledge of Immigration Visa Processing for Canada and Australia.
• Responsible for filing and processing of PR and TR Visas cases.
• To qualify for the position the candidate will have the following qualities:
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of Canada and the Canadian immigration process.
• Be a team player.
• Very comfortable with Excel, Word.
• Willing to learn.
• Has experience as an immigration case officer.
