Description:
We are looking for HSE Supervisor with Offshore oil and gas experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum ten (10) years’ experience in oil & gas industry, minimum five (5) years’ experience as hse engineer/supervisor in oil and gas industry.
Hse management and system training, formal training in safety and risk management, nebosh certification / ohsas / nebosh & safety course diploma
Working experience and knowledge of iso 14001 environment, ohs act, organizational skills, ability to develop a safety culture, with emphasis on “behavioral” safety
Vast experience of maintaining and developing integrated management systems.
Strong influencing skills, interpersonal, leadership skills, ability to communicate at all levels & pc and presentation skills.
Ability to work together, share experience and train & motivate sub-ordinates.
Minimum English level – intermediate.
