• HR Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by developing and implementing HR produces, policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar work experience
• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
• 3+ years of experience in UAE Labor law
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
