A company in the UAE is urgently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support its warehouse and inventory operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in warehouse management, data handling, and inventory control systems. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities and support inventory operations
• Handle stock records, data entry, and ensure accuracy in inventory tracking
• Utilize SAP systems for warehouse and inventory-related tasks
• Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Assist in coordinating shipments, storage, and material movement
• Maintain proper organization and workflow within the warehouse
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience is required
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required)
• Experience in inventory management and data handling
• Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills
