Hiring Waiter Waitress 4x jobs
Hiring Waiter Waitress is under the direct supervision of the Supervisor. S/he will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in a very professional way.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide customers with fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service.
Responsible to inform customers of daily specials.
Efficiently take customer orders ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Present menus to customer and answers questions about menu items.
Explain menus items, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Responsible to serve food and beverages accurately as per customers order.
Prepare itemized checks and accept payments as and when required.
Provide help and support to junior staff.
Thorough understanding of preparing and serving specialty foods at patrons tables.
Hands-on experience in setting tables, setting place and placing decorations.
Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
In-depth product knowledge of different kinds of food and beverages.
Excellent grooming / Appearance at all times.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
