The company supports the financial and investment industry through advanced video technologies, enabling seamless one-to-one, one-to-many, and global virtual communications. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable managing live virtual events in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, live streams, and online presentations using platforms such as Zoom.
• Support panelists, moderators, and attendees to ensure smooth and successful virtual events.
• Troubleshoot audio and video issues before and during live sessions.
• Act as the main point of contact for event-related technical support.
• Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams for quick resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure a high level of professionalism throughout events.
• Provide real-time support for multiple simultaneous virtual events when required.
Requirements:
• Must reside in one of the eligible US states listed by the company.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment without interruptions.
• Reliable computer setup and high-speed internet connection.

Technical Requirements:
• Windows 11 (22H2 or higher) or Mac M1/M2 with minimum Ventura OS.
• Minimum 16GB RAM and sufficient SSD storage as per specifications.
• Stable high-speed internet (50 Mbps or higher), preferably with wired connection.
• Dual internet setup (wired + WiFi) required for training and live events.
