Description:
A growing FMCG company in the UAE is expanding its sales team and is currently looking for experienced and motivated Van Salesmen to support its distribution operations. This role is best suited for candidates who have hands-on experience in FMCG sales and are confident in managing daily sales routes and customer interactions.
The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely product delivery across assigned territories. Opportunities are available in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily van sales operations and ensure timely delivery of products
• Promote and sell FMCG products including ambient and frozen food items
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve sales targets and expand customer base within assigned areas
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product handling during transport
• Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records
• Follow company sales strategies and reporting procedures
Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products
• Familiarity with ambient or frozen food distribution is an advantage
• Minimum 12th pass qualification preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
