This is a full-time, onsite role suited for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in UPS systems and a customer-focused mindset.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by delivering tailored UPS solutions, preparing technical and commercial documentation, and engaging with customers through technical discussions and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the presales cycle
- Design and recommend UPS solutions based on specific customer requirements
- Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals, including submittals
- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in technical meetings with clients
- Ensure a high standard of customer service on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience working with UPS systems
